A couple days ago we told you about Gameinformers month long coverage of Gears of War 3.(Via Gi’s Gears 3 Hub) Today was the first article in the coverage. Gameinformer has taken the liberty of compiling a comprehensive look at the expanded Gears universe, including a few things relating to Gears of War 3 in thier first piece. It really is an amazing 5 page article. check it out.

Surfing around the internet I noticed that Xboxic has revealed what looks like to be a in-game screenshot of Gears of War 3’s Silverback mech suit. We have only seen it as concept art, until now. The screenshot above respresents real gameplay action from Gears of War 3. Check it out.

June’s issue of Game Informer Magizine is already among us, this month’s issue had a 10 page article soley on Gears of War 3 (If some of you didn’t know that by now.) There is a ton of new information that has arised from this article. I thought that I would give you guys the jyst of what the magizine had to say for those of you who might not get your hands on it, to read it your self. New Information Will Be Highlited Orange

The next issue of Game Informer features none other then Gears Of War 3 as there cover story.  We all know the basics that have been announced, but Game Informer looks to give us even more info with an in-depth preview of Gears of War 3. Not sure on the exact date of when the new Game Informer Magizine comes out, but I cant wait!! We’ll keep you up to date on all the latest news from this

GWA recently posted a story on new Gears 3 news courtsey of Epic Games forums, and This unknown Russian magazine. It seems that the magzine was not very accurate, and the link to the translation from Epics forums has been removed as well. Cliff Bleszinski Tweeted that the information from the Russian magazine was “badly translated,” some of it “false.”

Bleszinski provided more direct clarification to Kotaku.

-Our post based on the translation of the article from Epic’s forums had stated that “much of” the action in Gears of War 3 takes place on or below the water-bound outpost Raven’s Nest. But Bleszinski explains that only one of the game’s levels occurs on Raven’s Nest, just as only one part of the first Gears occurred on a train.

-On the Waterworld comparison, Bleszinski tells us that the Hollow (the underground of the game’s world) was flooded, not the planet’s surface.

-The new game’s difficulty is not exactly being “scaled back” from that of its predecessors. The easiest difficulty level of Gears of War 3, Casual, has been made easier, but the other difficulty levels will remain similar in challenge to their counterparts in the previous games.

-While details about the Gears of War 3 frame-rate did not appear in Kotaku’s original post, the translation of the Russian article, now removed from Epic’s forums, appeared to quote Bleszinski saying the new game would run at a lower frame-rate than earlier Gears titles. The developer told Kotaku that his studio is “targeting 30-plus [frames per-second] as always.”

It looks like there is some new Gears of War 3 info for you Gears of War addicts. Orignally posted on the official Gears of War Froums, There seems to be some digital scans of a russian magizine. I dont know how to read russian, but thank god some one does. The original info and translation can be found here.
