WTF EPIC

I decided to play gears for the first time for about 2 months only to find i needed an update so i updated my xbox went to multiplayer and my rank went from 49 to 1 not f%c@in impressed my mate did the same thing and his rank remained at 52 i’ve played gears for over 7 complete days thats over 180 hours of gaming time to get where i was and now i have to spend the nxt two years trying to get it all back like everyone else in this thread i’ve bought every map pack and played the game ligit and this bull crap happens epic sort it out we play games like gears for the love of the kill but rank is a way of showing others how good you are and to be reset makes you look like a noob

bottom line is this is not acceptable and yuo need to fix this problem like yesterday

I WAS AT 64 AND IT RESET MY RANK AND ALL OF MY ACHIEVEMENTS FUCKIN PISSED. FROM WHAT I CAN GATHER FROM OTHER POST, IT MUST HAVE HAPPENED WHEN I WAS PLAYING HORDE, HOST PAUSED THE GAME FOR LIKE 10 MINS SO I QUIT BUT INSTEAD OF GOIN TO THE MAIN MENU I JUST TURNED OFF THE X BOX DONT DO THAT BUT WHAT THE FUCK. i dont know wat happened but the last time i played gears of war 2 i was rank 37 on nov.27,2009 now i recently tried to play a online match on dec.28,2009 and i had 2 update wen i updated or gow2 i was restarted 2 level 1 why did i get restarted. my gamertag is FUuuC FLS.

idk if it was a hacker that hacked my system or what but i didnt do anything wrong i didnt restart a campaign or play offline and mine got reset from a 41 rank and me and my girlfriend play together at the same time i dont play unless she plays with me and her rank is normal nothing happened to her rank DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY?
