Pwnisher, the clan leader, has stopped supporting the clan. Go home guys, no new members can join, I'm sorry to say. Things have become too stressful for Pwnisher, so he is stepping down… don't expect any “official” clan functions any more.

I wouldnt really call it stress.. I dont really stress about gwa. its just not fun anymore to deal with clan functions and all that jazz when half of the people dont show or not even give me a response.. and the same 4or5 people get on the site.. I dont feel like dealing with the jackasses that want to join and are cool at first then become complete asholes(gwa four twenty) I jusr want to turn on my xbox and enjoy playing games with my friends (you guys)
I also didnt wanna just shut everything down and not do anything.. delete you all off my friends list.. then your like what the hell man? I still do want to play gears and play with you all.. I love all of you guys. I enjoy it. I will get on the site some chat on the fourms if other people have posted somthing.. If you want to change your name to something other that gwa i dont care. I dont wanna mess with ranks and all of the other stuff that we did here. I dont wanna hurt anyones feelings or make anyone mad..

I am very saddened about this, but I understand. Do what you need to do, I could never be mad at you, you and N00BiNATR have been very nice to me and Jerrica.
I will still get on the forums. I will keep my gamertag and hopefully my friends.
I try to still come to the site, it's slightly pointless now but eh…
It's been fun, from the high's of playing with clan members(FUCKIN' CHAINSAAAAAAWWW!!!), to the lows of dealing with the major douchebaggery of what was 420. All of you are welcome on my repect list. I will also say that I probably won't be playing Gears pretty much…almost not at all anymore, simple cause I don't find it fun anymore, meh, this happens with games eventually. I hope we can play again together sometime, like a reunion, at least of the people who actually cared about the GWA. Kick it loud and live it strong, xGWAx KAMiKAZE is out.
I'll stay on the forums as long as the forums stay alive, and I'll play Gears with all willing as long as they stay cool. You guys have made this clan one of the best things I've participated in for a long time, and I really loved being able to play with you guys, just chilling and having some fun. I'm hopefully just saying “farewell” to the clan aspect of this, and I'll definitely keep in touch, so long as you guys will have me. Thanks for all the fun times you guys have given all of us, and know that if you ever decide to start something like this anew, I'll be there on day one.
I'll see (hopefully) all you guys on the Live side of things. It's been one hell of a ride.

While the active clan participation may be “dying out” the site / forum will remain and possibly prosper. Pwn & I have talked about a few ideas lately and may implement them soon. While I haven’t been around / on live much lately due to work, I still pride myself on being a part of GWA and having met many awesome people. The relationships will stand and GWA will last forever..the only difference will be that we will not be hosting any official competitions for a while (maybe ever) due to the amount of douchebagery we’ve had to deal with in the past. Ultimately, if the fun is gone, the clan and site cannot remain…we never want to get to this point! GWA 4 Life!

hey guys ive been reading the website and this awesome but i have beed bummed out lately because my stats got reset(dont kno why) but yea im very interested in joining up i mostly play on weekends cause i work mon thru friday but play the whole weekend when i home lol. also i consider myself a vet im long time gears fan so yea hope you guys hook me up with new clan- GT-(Woodyfryman)

Woody, GWA is no longer an active Gears clan due to the massive amount of douchebag-ery we’ve had to put up with coupled with the ungodly amount of lag that has ruined Gears.
