Kotaku has details of new additions to NECA’s line of Gears of War figurines, which include Marcus and Dom decked out in Theron Guard disguises, along with a lambent Locust drone.

The latest additions to NECA’s line of Gears of War line feature a Lambent soldier (which is a San Diego Comic Con exclusive), along with two new figures depicting Marcus & Dom in their Theron disguises, a premise pulled from the upcoming All Fronts singleplayer expansion.

The new figurines are expected to arrive in January 2010.

NECA has announced all new Gears of War action figures for 2009. The company is finishing off Series 2 with a “Marcus vs Locust” 2-pack. Marcus chainsaws his way through a Locust drone, resulting in some terrific gore.

Series 3 starts with a 12” Marcus Fenix with light-up armor. Marcus also features a COG pistol and Lancer. His head sculpt has been redesigned to reflect his appearance in the Gears of War 2 video game. Flipping a switch on his back causes his armor to light up blue just like in the game.
